Breil Bonaguro

Hello! I’m a first-generation college student from Fallbrook, CA, currently working toward my Accelerated Master’s in Leadership Development at Chapman. I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degrees in Peace Studies and Political Science in Spring 2021 from Chapman. As the Graduate Assistant for First-Year Experience, I help students transition into the Chapman community through Orientation and first-year programs. I work to help students feel engaged and connected to campus by supporting all Orientation activities and events throughout the school year. I’m very passionate about working with college students because of my experience with Orientation at Chapman as an undergraduate student. The Orientation program had an enormous impact on my undergraduate experience and I’m delighted to continue serving this community through welcoming first-year students into theChapman family. My advice for incoming students is to be yourself and trust that you will make it through whatever you face! You are starting a completely new adventure and it will be one of the most exciting things you have done! Try everything, put yourself out there, meet new people, and most importantly know that you are meant to be here! We can’t wait to see you at Orientation!”
