Debbie Nguyen

Hi! My name is Debbie, and I am the Orientation Coordinator for Operations and Logistics! I handle the behind-the-scenes scheduling and planning to make sure events and gatherings run smoothly. I also collaborate our campus partners on event logistics. I am an upcoming senior Psychology major with a minor in Chemistry. I’m currently in the accelerated master’s program in Pharmaceutical Sciences. My involvements include membership in InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, working in a Psychology research lab, and being a supplemental instructor and tutor for the TLC. Some advice I’d give to incoming students: pursue what is important to you. We can often get caught up in what other people are doing that we don’t give ourselves time to explore what is meaningful to us and our personal journey. Don’t be afraid to try new things – people will more often regret what they didn’t do. Also, your professors can be a part of your support network too. Everyone is here to encourage each other, so ask for help when you need it.
