Daniel Mejia

Hello all! My name is Daniel Mejia and I am the Orientation Coordinator for Family & Transfer Orientation. I am a rising senior majoring in psychology and minoring in history, biology, and neuroscience. This will be my third Orientation Week as part of the Orientation Team and I am very excited to once more be able to work with new Panthers! I am from Santa Ana, which is about 15 minutes away from campus, am a first-generation college student, and am also a transfer student (I transferred to Chapman in the Spring of 2019 after only a few months at another university). My position works with creating the Orientation experience for families and transfer students. If I can give some advice: please take part in the experience we are offering. If you are a first-year student that will be living on campus, a transfer student, continuing student, or a commuter, you will be supported and you will find your home at Chapman. We are here for you and have created this experience to help you feel comfortable, get acclimated to Chapman, and get connected to the community. Feel free to reach out to us anytime! I am so excited to meet you all soon! Welcome home, Panthers!
